Bobtail is a factoring service for truckers to empower them eliminate inefficiencies in the supply chain and grow their businesses. They take pride in providing these high quality financial tools and services to truckers that ensures the supply chain runs smoothly. Being a part of trucker family themselves, they wanted to solve for the major pain points of truckers. 

Brief: 

Bobtail was in a need to improve their website experience as they were planning to expand more in the market. Their focus was to improve the information architecture, bring consistency, make a systematic and scalable website system. As the team was growing and planning to focus more on their product from user experience perspective, it was time to upgrade the website to reflect the scale of services and company. 

It will not only serve as a door to market for potential customers but will also help in attracting talent. 

Solution: 

We designed a modular component based website to empower Bobtail’s fast growth. From understanding the product services to mapping the information architecture to establishing the content strategy with Bobtail’s leadership team was aimed to showcase the product that builds trust with the reader.

We designed the basic building blocks for the website that will define the over all look and feel of it. It included defining the illustration styles, icons, text styles, spacing, and blocks study that will empower Bobtail to grow without worrying about inconsistencies.
